Offer of Proposal
1. Introduction This Offer of Proposal ("Proposal") is submitted by Frame Living to outline the scope, deliverables, and terms for the services/products requested. This document is not a binding contract but represents our intent to collaborate under mutually agreed terms.
2. Company Overview Frame Living is a Canadian-based modular housing company dedicated to delivering modern, sustainable, and efficient housing solutions. Our homes are built to meet the evolving needs of homeowners, municipalities, and developers.
3. Scope of Work Frame Living proposes to provide the following:
- Design and manufacturing of modular housing units
- Delivery and on-site installation
- Permit support and compliance assistance
- Ongoing client support and warranty coverage Customizations and additional services can be included upon further consultation.
4. Project Timeline The estimated timeline for delivery and installation will be based on final design approval and permit acquisition. A typical project takes between 3 to 6 months from deposit to move-in, depending on location and complexity.
5. Pricing and Payment Terms Pricing will be confirmed in the final contract and is subject to customization, site conditions, and permitting requirements. Standard Payment Schedule:
- 10% deposit upon agreement
- 40% at design completion
- 40% prior to delivery
- 10% upon installation and handover
6. Validity This proposal is valid for 60 days from the date above. Frame Living reserves the right to modify pricing or scope upon expiration or material changes to project requirements.
